This is on the Street Art Tour- One of the Most Visible Pieces of Graffiti/Street Art in Boston History

Where are U now

This was one of the Justin Bieber “reveals his track listing in graffiti/street art commissions around the world” pieces. KEM5 and DEME5 did the work and, in addition to being able to do one of the most seen pieces in Boston history, I’ve always hoped they made a pile of cash for the work. Those guys are really good.

As for the visibility of this versus other pieces, I imagine that more people saw the Giant of Boston in person, but the Bieber piece would have gotten in front of a hell of a lot of fans in a very short time on Twitter/Instagram/Facebook.

Rome Through My Eyes and Feet

I mentioned Rome in a recent post. I love Rome and have spent a lot of time there over the past few years. I’ve studied and explored the hell out of the city and have been keeping track of what I’ve learned on Pinterest. Check it out if you’re planning on visiting Rome or just want to relive the glories of La Citta Eterna.

I’m hoping to start to put together similar resources for Boston. I’ve got some other things going on this summer, so we’ll see how it goes. I’ll definitely have some time over the winter.

Chasing Invader Around the Globe (Paris, Miami, New York, Roma Street Art)

One more set from the archives. I love spotting Invader. This isn’t every shot I’ve captured over the years, but it does represent a set that I do like. I especially like the one from Rome next to the Borgia Stairs, since it combines two of my great loves- graffiti/street art and Renaissance Italy.
